Cancellation/Missed Appointment
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment or half the fee will be charged
Late Arrival – Full payment and shortened massage up to twenty minutes late. Later than half an hour session canceled and rescheduled, half payment due.
No-show or missed appointment – Full fee will be charged and is due before rescheduling will be approved.
Therapeutic Massage and Minors
A parent or Legal guardian must be in the room with the minor during the entire session
All minors must be a minimum of 15 years old to receive a massage
We will review and approve massage for minors on a case by case basis
Unacceptable Behavior = Banned
Verbal abuse
Consistent no-show

Health History Disclosure
Initial detailed intake
Opportunity to update at the beginning of each session
Clients are responsible for notifying their therapist of any changes to their medical status
